Dance. Love. Learn.~ 2024

At Danceability Inc, our mission is to provide individualized dance, fitness and movement programs to serve the special needs community.

Founded in 2007, we are now in our 18th year of operation and it is our biggest year yet! We've grown to over 200 dancers, from toddlers to seniors, and over a hundred volunteers. Our highly qualified staff work with students weekly in our studio teaching a variety of dance types. This opens up our dancers to a variety of styles, music, and rhythm! Our volunteers dance alongside our dancers each week, providing support and a fun dance buddy.

At the end of every year, in full custom costumes, our dancers and volunteers take the stage to show off everything they've learned!

But it isn't just dance classes we offer- danceability has been expanding into other areas of art and fitness.

~Our Caregiver and Me class gives our littlest dancers (age 3) and their Caregivers a place to listen to music, work on sensory experiences, and experience movement classes that are right for them.

~Fitness Frenzy is our adaptive fitness program that teaches more about fitness and workouts while having fun and building up a sweat!

~Theater Classes are taught by Second Generation Theater which gives our participants a place to expand their performance ability with exciting theater games.

~Lead danceability staff and teachers have created a unique and special Early Childhood Dance Program which can be adapted to serve individual dancer's needs.

While our mission is to provide fitness and movement programs that serve the special needs community, we also work to create a community of caregivers, family, and friends who are able to have a space to share experiences, ideas, and resources. Our sensory waiting room provides the perfect atmosphere; welcoming students into a safe and secure environment when they walk through our doors and giving our caregivers a comfortable place to connect.

As a small nonprofit, we rely on kind-hearted donors, sponsors, and grants to be able to provide this fun and unique experience to our dancers.
